Motion transfer is almost non-existent with the Rem-Fit mattresses, meaning they’re ideally suited for light sleepers or those with a partner that tosses and turns all night. Rem-Fit mattresses are, however, considerably firmer than other ‘bed in a box’ brands. For some this will be ideal but others may find them too firm. If you are a fan of a firm bed though, you’ll struggle to find one more suitable than this.

One thing to note is that some sleepers report that the mattress sleeps quite hot, despite the advanced cooling technology. Again though, this will depend on your natural body temperature.

How does Rem-Fit’s 100-night trial work?

Rem-Fit’s trial period allows you to test drive any Rem-Fit mattress for 100 nights so you can decide if it’s right for you. The trial starts from the day of delivery. If you decide the mattress isn’t for you, you can return it for a full refund. Simply use the 100 night trial returns chat bot on Rem-Fit’s website, email them at sales@rem-fit.co.uk or call 0800 014 9366. All returned mattresses are donated to the British Heart Foundation, so must be in good condition. Rem-Fit recommend that you use a mattress protector.

How does Rem-Fit’s 15-year guarantee work?

Rem-Fit offer a 15-year guarantee on all their mattresses.

Delivery

What are Rem-Fit’s delivery costs?

Next day delivery to your doorstep is free Monday – Friday. If you want your mattress to arrive before 12pm the cost is £10. Saturday morning delivery (from 7am–12pm) is £30. Planned 2 man deliveries cost £20 for delivery to a room of your choice, with the mattress unpacked and £50 for the above plus disposal of your old mattress.

How long does Rem-Fit’s delivery take?

Orders placed on a working day before 11am will be delivered the next day. Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. You can also request specific days and times for the delivery schedules noted above.

Will the couriers take my Rem-Fit mattress to my bedroom?

As stated above, Rem-Fit will deliver your mattress to your doorstep with standard delivery, or to a room of your choice if you’ve specified 2 man delivery.

Can Rem-Fit collect my old mattress?

Rem-Fit can collect your old mattress and take it away at the same time they deliver and unbox your new mattress. This service costs £50.

Receiving your mattress

How long can the Rem-Fit mattress stay in its box?

Rem-Fit recommend that you unroll your mattress within 4 months of receiving it. You can sleep on your Rem-Fit mattress straight away, but it does take 2-3 hours for it to settle to its full height.

Returns & refunds

How do I return my Rem-Fit mattress?

All mattress returns are free of charge. Simply use the 100 night trial returns chat bot on Rem-Fit’s website, email them at sales@rem-fit.co.uk or call 0800 014 9366. As soon as your Rem-Fit mattress has been collected and returned, Rem-Fit will automatically process your refund.
