How does Nectar’s 365-night trial work?

Nectar’s trial period allows you a full year to figure out if the Nectar mattress is right for you. If it’s not, contact Nectar and they’ll pick up your mattress and refund you 100%.

How does Nectar’s forever guarantee work?

Nectar guarantees the construction, materials, quality and durability of their mattress for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

Delivery

What are Nectar’s delivery costs?

Standard delivery is free. You can also choose a 2 person delivery service for £20.

How long does Nectar’s delivery take?

You can select your delivery date at checkout. The night before your scheduled delivery you will receive an email with a tracking link and a 3-hour delivery window for your mattress.

Will the couriers take my Nectar mattress to my bedroom?

Nectar’s 2-man delivery service will deliver your mattress to a room of your choice for £20. Otherwise, the mattress will be left at your front door.

Can Nectar collect my old mattress?

Nectar will collect your old mattress – simply select ‘Mattress Removal’ at checkout. The service costs £35 and is provided by Anjunk. Pick up will not take place until your new Nectar mattress has been delivered.

Receiving your mattress

Is there a right way to unpack the Nectar mattress?

The easiest way to unpack your Nectar mattress is to remove it from the box and then place upon your bed base before unpacking further. Nectar do not recommend leaving the mattress in its box for longer than 90 days. You can sleep on your Nectar mattress straight away but for optimum comfort, give it a few hours to expand fully.

Returns & refunds

How do I return my Nectar mattress?

All returns are free of charge. To initiate a return either call Customer Service on 08000 219 333 or email returns@nectarsleep.co.uk. You must try your mattress for at least 30 days before returning and the mattress should be clean, undamaged and in a condition that enables Nectar to donate it. Upon approval you will be refunded the full value of your mattress (minus any discounts). Refunds can take up to 14 days.
